🧠 Overview

Food fuels both body and mind. Good nutrition supports memory, mood, and energy — and helps prevent frailty.

🍽️ Key Tips

  • Eat protein at every meal (fish, eggs, beans, yoghurt).
  • Include fruits, vegetables, and whole grains daily.
  • Stay hydrated — aim for 6–8 glasses of water a day.
  • Limit alcohol and added sugar.

💡 Brain Boosters

  • Omega-3 fats (oily fish, walnuts, flaxseed).
  • B-vitamins (leafy greens, cereals).
  • Mindful eating — slow down and enjoy food.
